The ASUS Zenfone 5 – Your gadget friend on the go!

For busy people like us (the mom-writer combinations) the ASUS Zenfone 5 has a unique feature called the Smart Saving mode – which offers you three battery saving options; because invariably there are days when the phone battery is out of charge and you have a long day ahead of you (sigh!).

So you can take a pick from these three battery saving options:

• Ultra-Saving mode – lets you maximise the batter life and disconnects the network connection when the device is suspended.
• Optimized mode – it extends the batter life and always keep the network connection – sounds good to me and seems to be the default setting
• Customized mode – customise your own power saving by scenario

The ASUS Zenfone5 comes with a ‘two-in-one charger’ – unplug it to get a data cable and plug it back in to the socket to charge your phone battery; which I thought was a pretty neat thing considering our laptop bags/ handbags carry a million other items 😉

So for those of you who’re constantly on the move and are always worried about the mobile battery running out, then these power saving modes should be of great help.

Personally I like to take a lot of pictures when I’m walking or driving through town; also since I have a two-year-old toddler her various antics are often captured on a mobile camera.
