National Poetry Month – ‘Mohabbat’ by Aishwarya Srivastava

Tere muskhuratho me saari khushiyan…

Mohabbat

Itni mohabbat ho gai hai tumse ki dur jaate ho to dil kaanp sa jata hai,

Itni mohabbat ho gai hai tumse ki karib aate ho to rooh khil sa jata hai,

Itni mohabbat ho gai hai tumse ki raatein to teri baton me kat jati hai to din tere khyalo me beet jati hai,

Itni mohabbat ho gai hai tumse ki lafzo me bayan kar pana mushkil sa ho jata hai,

Itni mohabbat ho gai hai tumse ki tere bina jeene ke khayal se bhi sehem se jaate hai hum,

Itni mohabbat ho gai hai tumse ki mera dil bhi tera hi sunta hai,

Itni mohabbat ho gai hai tumse ki tere muskhuratho me saari khushiyan mil jati hai,

Itni mohabbat ho gai hai tumse ki tere khamosiyo me bhi sukun sa lgta hai,

Itni mohabbat ho gai hai tumse ki apne zikar se phle mujhe teri fikar hoti hai,

Itni mohabbat ho gai hai tumse ki koi lamha aisa ni atta jisme tera zikar hota na ho,

Shayad itni mohabbat ho gai hai ki mere rooh me tu is kadar bas gaya ki tu meri zindagi ban gaya hai.
